“We used these guys twice during our recent holiday to Newquay, and we actually regret not using them more. They’re totally reliable, really friendly and very informative. It’s also really nice to get to the airport and find your driver ready and waiting, and then to have a great conversation about the place you’re visiting – in a few short minutes we’d covered history, politics, tourism and the weather ??
It was only when we found out that Henver is a small family company that we realised we should’ve made more use of their services – we wanted to go to the Eden Project and got so put off by the lack of public transport we decided not to go, but if we’d thought about it we would definitely book these guys for such things without any doubt in future.
We highly recommend them. Small businesses have suffered so much since the recession, and as Alan says above, it’s really nice to be able to recommend a decent reliable family business. Being able to book online is a great feature too.
If you ever come to Newquay, keep their number with you. They’ll be there at the airport if you book them, and they’ll give you whatever help or advice you need. I’ve never recommended a taxi company before, but Henver really helped give us a good start to our holiday.”
